We meet with you / your company

Meet with the person within your company responsible for the WHS and wellbeing of your workers (this might be the HR or WHS manager, Managing Director or CEO). Here we discuss the current situation towards mental health, recording systems, any policies that are already in place and the type of activities undertaken by staff that may have psychological risk attached.

Gather information

We receive WHS policy documents and any relevant information to perform a desktop audit to conduct a gap analysis. A site inspection may be required to examine implementation and current activities. We are looking for non-compliance with the legislation and opportunities for best practise. We may contact you for further clarity with important issues before finalising the report.

Report delivery

We meet with you to deliver the report and discuss the findings that have arisen through the audit process. We provide you with a Gap Analysis and a “So What?” Roadmap; what your next steps need to be towards legal conformance, how you can achieve best practise, what policies need to be implemented, how you can approach your training needs, how to assess your psychological risks and outline suggested timeframes.

If required action the Gap Analysis

If required we can undertake the necessary actions outlined within the Gap Analysis and “So What” Roadmap within your organisation, ensuring implementation of benchmarks and monitoring systems to allow accurate tracking towards continuous improvement.
